3.1 To access the Services, you must create a single Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a valid email address.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one Account on the ajib10 Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or permit any other person to access your Account. ajib10 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
3.4 You must notify ajib10 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.5 ajib10 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.
4.1 Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time deemed appropriate, ajib10 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting one or more of the following documents:
4.2 Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. ajib10 aims to complete verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents.
4.3 Providing false, altered, or third-party documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5.1 ajib10 accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, Bank Danamon), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and pulsa credit (Telkomsel, XL Axiata, Indosat Ooredoo). Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 for bank transfers and e-wallets. The minimum for pulsa deposits is Rp 20,000. Maximum single-deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method and account tier.
5.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ajib10 reserves the right to return funds to the source account and request fresh documentation where third-party funding is suspected.
5.4 ajib10 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. ajib10 is not responsible for any such charges.
5.5 Deposits are generally credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes for bank transfers and instantly for e-wallet transactions. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
Always retain your bank transfer receipt or e-wallet transaction ID. ajib10 may request this reference to investigate any delayed or missing deposit. Deposits that cannot be verified within 7 calendar days may not be recoverable.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified ajib10 Account. ajib10 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are displayed in your Account dashboard.
6.3 Withdrawals are processed within an average of 3 minutes during operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. VIP Gold members and above benefit from 24-hour priority processing.
6.4 ajib10 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is unusually large, where account activity appears inconsistent, or where KYC has not been fully completed. Processing may be suspended pending the outcome of such checks.
6.5 Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from them.
6.6 ajib10 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges imposed by your receiving bank or e-wallet provider are beyond ajib10's control and are your sole responsibility.
7.1 ajib10 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major football tournaments including the BRI Liga 1, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds.
7.2 Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.
7.3 General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:
7.4 Any Member found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, arbitrage strategies, or any form of bonus-farming behaviour — will have their bonus entitlements revoked and their Account reviewed for possible closure.
ajib10 employs automated detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to immediate withdrawal suspension pending manual review. Decisions made following such reviews are final.
8.1 All sports betting markets on ajib10 — including football (bandar bola — football bookmaker markets), Asian handicap, over/under, mix parlay (accumulator), and live in-play betting — are subject to the specific betting rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform.
8.2 For numbers lottery (togel — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, draws are conducted by the relevant licensed lottery operators and results are final upon publication. ajib10 acts as a wagering intermediary and is not responsible for draw outcomes.
8.3 Casino and live dealer games are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game studios. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round shall be voided and the wagered amount returned to your Account Balance. ajib10's decision in such circumstances is final.
8.4 Odds, lines, and markets are subject to change without notice prior to a wager being confirmed. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount is deducted from your Balance. Verbal or informal representations do not constitute a confirmed bet.
8.5 ajib10 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where pricing errors, data feed failures, or manifest errors in the odds are identified, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
8.6 Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per sport category are displayed within the relevant betting interface. These limits apply regardless of the number of selections in a mix parlay or the total accumulated odds.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ajib10 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
9.2 Upon detecting any prohibited conduct, ajib10 may, without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the implicated Account(s); withhold or void any Balance, winnings, or bonuses; report the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

11.1 All content on the ajib10 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, data compilations, software, and game assets — is the exclusive property of ajib10 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. No other use is permitted without the express prior written consent of ajib10.
11.3 You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform's content without authorisation. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ajib10, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
12.2 ajib10's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by ajib10's wilful misconduct.
12.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ajib10 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
13.1 Termination by you: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, ajib10 will process any remaining eligible Balance to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.
13.2 Termination by ajib10: ajib10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time if you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms, if required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory obligation, or if continuation of the Account presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform.
13.3 Upon termination for cause, ajib10 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, any Balance associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be permanently forfeited.
13.4 Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of these Terms.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ajib10 holds its international operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
14.2 You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall first be submitted in writing to ajib10's support team. ajib10 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
14.3 Nothing in this clause prevents ajib10 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
15.1 ajib10 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' prior notice by publishing a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Members via email or in-platform message.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.
